At the start of this decade I was clocking in close to 400lbs. Needless to say the journey has been up & down. Had gastric bypass. Lost a lot. Gained a lot back.

Luckily, a decade after starting this journey, I think I finally got “it”. Stepped on the Publix scale & it told me that I’m going to end 2019… 75lbs lighter!! 🤯 The difference this time is, I’m doing it for myself.
