Caught myself this morning doing what I do best…beating myself down. “Damn. The belly sticks out more. Feel gross. Ughh. Maybe I’m starting to plateau again?”

The fears of failure…again. I don’t keep a scale at home. Don’t care about the number. Just care about how I feel overall. I do these side by sides to help me see what maybe I just don’t feel at the moment. I see it now. Less front butt…lol. Less width. Less arms. Perkier butt! 🤣

Point here is….settle down. Patience. Slow and steady.
